It’s Your Time to Explore Health Sciences
General Studies in Pre-Health Sciences
Students start with the General Studies in Pre-Health Sciences Program track. This provides the prerequisite credits for any Health Sciences major at ACC or transfer to a four-year university. Apply to ACC and ask your Health Sciences advisor for help registering for the right courses that will lead to your desired major.
Nursing & RN-to-Bachelor of Science
ACC has multiple Nursing programs for students earning their associate degree in Nursing and anyone interested in getting certified faster with Vocational Nursing certificate pathways. Registered Nurses (RNs) may advance their associate degree to an accredited Bachelor of Science in Nursing in as little as 12 months with ACC’s affordable, flexible 4-year degree program.
Health Sciences Simulation Centers
Students enrolled in Health Sciences programs at ACC have access to advanced learning simulation centers at ACC Highland Campus. ACC’s Regional Simulation Center provides immersive learning experiences using state-of-the-art technology and the best practices in simulation-based education. It features a simulation operating room, labor and delivery suite, and emergency room.

Note: Admission to ACC does not guarantee admission as a health science major, as these programs have additional requirements.
